Initially inspired by the necessity of continuing to provide services during the pandemic, we have found that online classes have allowed many people to experience yoga freed from geography and the need to physically attend classes in a studio.

You don’t have to be flexible to try yoga, the main benefits of yoga are for inflexible people!
You don’t have to have tried yoga before, we focus on simple effective practice to improve everyday life.
You just have to want to give it a go to see the benefits in all aspects of your own fitness.
